Please read this policy carefully. This is the refund & cancellation policy of EasyRegisters.
Refund of member payments
EasyRegisters provides services for accepting online payments with WorldPay or PayPal. However, we do not natively support a 'refund' feature in our platform. By continuing to use this service, you agree to process refunds directly to your club members using other available mechanisms.
In order to process refunds for your club member payments, this may be completed by logging into your WorldPay or PayPal dashboards. Alternatively you may wish to refund member payments directly from your bank account, or make notes of payment 'credits' using our payment records in EasyRegisters.
Subscription Service length and cancellation
EasyRegisters offers online services on a monthly subscription basis, with no minimum length of subscription. Should you wish to cancel this service, you may do so at any time by contacting us via email at support@easyregisters.com
We aim to offer excellent membership management services to sports clubs and social organisations of all sizes. However, should you find the service unsatisfactory, please let us know why.If you request cancellation within the first month of subscribing, we will provide you with a full refund
If you request cancellation within the first month of subscription, we will provide you with a full refund of any subscription payments made. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original subscription commencement date.
As EasyRegisters provides an ongoing subscription service, refunds will not be available for your second or subsequent months with the service.
